Day 4 and Day 5

Past two days have kinda been a blur — staying up all night will do that to you!  I am hoping that tomorrow I will be back on my normal schedule.

Thursday, I didn’t really eat much at all.  Some nutmilk, dried fruit, and that was about it.  Just wasn’t hungry!   Today, however, I had a bit more:

On the menu:

  • 1 QT chocolate nut-milk
  • Handful of gojis
  • Handful of raisins
  • 1 Lara Bar - chocolate mint, yum
  • 10 rawviolis — zucchini that I sliced into thin pasta rounds and stuffed two of them with some pesto nut cheese (based on this recipe by Teri)
  • 4 lettuce wraps — green leaf lettuce stufed with guacamole, more zucchini, mango salsa (diced mango, diced red onion, salt, cumin)

At the gym:

  • Didn’t make it to the gym either day but that’s OK as I can tell my body just needs the rest.  Still have some sore muscles from swimming too!

Tomorrow is the raw pot-luck!  Not sure what to bring, but I am excited to chow-down!
