Day 3
Posted under Raw Fitness Challenge by ScottYesterday was quite crazy… and as I am sitting here writing this, I’m not sure that I remember much of it. We had to move our server farm at work from one rack to another at the co-location facility. Of course you can’t just unplug all your servers during the day when they are in use — you have to do it overnight. I left the house at 11:30pm, got back home around 7am, only to have a problem that required me to go back at 11am. Anyway, I’ve been relaxing the rest of the day away, getting caught up on e-mail, etc.
On the menu:
- Yummy salad (quinoa, red peppers, lemon/honey dressing)
- 2 QTs chocolate nut-milk (almond, sesame seeds, quinoa, cashews, dates)
- 1 c goji berries
- 1/2 c cashews
- maybe some other stuff
At the gym:
- 45 minutes of intense PodFitness elipitcal. I told PodFitness to step it up a notch and boy was it intense. I’m telling you, you gotta try that service!
