Oh boy! It has been a looong day today. This week is just a crazy one for me — why do I always seem to start these changes on crazy weeks?

Today’s agenda: Work, Swim, Work, Teach, Crash.

On the menu:

  • 1 QT water + 1 lemon
  • 1 QT almond milk + vanilla + 2 dates + cinnamon
  • 1/2 huge salad (left over from yesterday) — red peppers, romaine, spinach, quinoa
  • 1 c cashews
  • 5 raw chocolate truffles
  • Some raw chips with guacamole

At the gym:

  • About 25 minutes of splashing around in the pool — freestyle, back stroke, butterfly, and even some running. It was great to be back in the water and the saline pool is soooo great! Boy I am tired though! Being in the water is an awesome full-body workout!
