Day 2
Posted under Raw Fitness Challenge by ScottOh boy! It has been a looong day today. This week is just a crazy one for me — why do I always seem to start these changes on crazy weeks?
Today’s agenda: Work, Swim, Work, Teach, Crash.
On the menu:
- 1 QT water + 1 lemon
- 1 QT almond milk + vanilla + 2 dates + cinnamon
- 1/2 huge salad (left over from yesterday) — red peppers, romaine, spinach, quinoa
- 1 c cashews
- 5 raw chocolate truffles
- Some raw chips with guacamole
At the gym:
- About 25 minutes of splashing around in the pool — freestyle, back stroke, butterfly, and even some running. It was great to be back in the water and the saline pool is soooo great! Boy I am tired though! Being in the water is an awesome full-body workout!
