Scott’s Story

Instead of just waiting for you to ask, “how did you get here?” I thought I would take a few minutes to sit down and write out ‘my story.’ Please keep in mind that this is just ‘a story,’ and that even though it is based on fact and my life experience, it is all in the past. I am not juice-feasting because I want to dwell in the past.

Its My Birthday!

Yay!  Yesterday I turned 33 years old.  The gang at work took me out for lunch (Cheesecake Factory) and Eric and I are drove up to Boulder and saw a talk by Sergei Boutenko.  The talk was awesome!  Sergei talked about his family’s history,edible wild greens and all sorts of fun things.  If you ever have the chance to see him, you should!

I chose to give myself the gift of real health to myself this year.  I’m not quite sure what that will look like so I will give it some time to manifest and we can see what comes up.  Stay tuned!
